摘　　要：首先说明确定的非线性 L ogist方程可以发展成为混沌的过程。提出了由信号的统计特性和时频特性证明 L ogist迭代序列是平稳的随机过程的论点 ,并给出了当参数 λ=4时 ,所产生的信号的统计特性和时频特性与白噪声一致 ,说明了用 L o-gist方程可以产生白噪声。最后给出了白噪声发生器的软件和硬件实现原理图 ,并进一步提出采用两个 L ogist方程可以改善白噪声的性能。The nonlinear Logist equation can develop to chaotic process.The issue that Logist iterated sequence is smooth random process is proven by statistical characteristic and time-frequency characteristic.Logist equation may generate white noise based on consistent statistical and time-frequency characteristics of chaotic sequence and white noise when parameter λ equals 4.The white noise generator's realization theory of software and hardware is presented,and the issue that using two Logist equations can improve performance of white noise generator is provided.
