摘 要:以广西凤凰高锰高砷硫化银精矿为原料,进行了全湿法提银扩大试验,结果表明银的直收率和总回收率达到91 59%和95 67%;锰和铅回收率分别为99 18%和87 41%;粗银粉和铅精矿品位分别为32 565%和72 43%。同时该工艺防止了硫、砷、铅等有毒元素对环境的污染,脱锰产生的H2S经两级碱吸收即全部以Na2S·9H2O的形式回收。A hydrometallurgical process is used to extract silver from silver sulfide concentrate bearing high manganese and high arsenic from Fenghuang mining area,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region.The results show that the direct and total recovery ratios of silver reach 91.59% and 95.67%,respectively.The recovery ratio of manganese can reach 99.18%,and of arsenic,87.41%.Crude silver powder would contain 32.565% of silver,and the lead content of lead concentrate can be (72.43%).At the same time,this process can prevent the environment from pollution of poisonous elements such as sulfur,arsenic,lead and so on.Hydrogen sulfide produced in the removing manganese process can be recovered completely in the form of (Na_2S·9H_2O) through two-stage alkaline absorption.
