摘 要:以工业壳聚糖为原料,先后用浓硫酸和氯磺酸为磺化试剂,在适当条件下进行磺化,获得了水溶性较好,含硫量较高的磺化壳聚糖,考察了磺化剂用量、反应温度、反应时间等因素对硫含量的影响,结果表明,较优的磺化条件为:浓硫酸∶氯磺酸=1∶1,反应温度为5℃,反应时间为4h。IR光谱分析表明,该衍生物具有与肝素相似的结构,是一种非常具有潜力的新型的类肝素。The raw material is industry class chiosan. The reaction is carried on appropriate condition with respectively sulfuric acid and chlorosulfonic acid as sulfonating agent and it can get good water-soluble and high sulphur containing sulfated chitosan. The effects of dosage of sulfonating agent, reaction temperature and reaction time to sulfur content were discussed. The best technology was gained the molar ratio of sulfuric acid to chlorosulfonic acid was 1∶1,reaction temperature 5 ℃,reaction time 4 h. The results of infrared spectrometry showed that it possesses same structure as heparin does. It is a novel heparin-like material with great promise,and may be furtherly developed into novel heparin-like medicine.
