摘  要:用乳液聚合法制备了用于粘贴导静电PVC地板胶粘剂的醋酸乙烯酯-丙烯酸酯乳液,加入水性聚氨酯和增黏树脂提高乳液型胶粘剂的性能,加入导电纤维赋予乳液型胶粘剂导静电性能。研究了影响胶接强度和初粘力的主要因素,结果表明,胶接强度随醋酸乙烯酯、水性聚氨酯和滑石粉加入量增大而增大;初粘性随醋酸乙烯酯加入量的增大而减小。确定了较合适的m(VAc)/m(BA+VAc)=0 5,导静电性能由导电纤维决定,其加入量越大,导静电性能越好。得到的导静电乳液胶粘剂胶接强度达到0 56MPa,导静电能力可达到3 8×103Ω,两项指标均超过国家标准。Vinyl acetate-acrylate emulsion used to paste PVC block was prepared by emulsion polymerization technique.Waterborne polyurethane and tackifying resin were added to enhance the adhesive ability.Conductive fiber was added to endue it with static conducting performance.Key factors affecting bonding strength and initial stickness were researched.The results showed that bonding strength increases with the addition of vinyl acetate,waterborne polyurethane and talcum powder.Initial stickness decreases with the addition of vinyl acetate.The proportion of m(VAc)/m(BA+VAc)=0.5 is found to be suitable.Amount of conductive fiber added is the key factor affecting conductivity which increases with the amount of conductive fiber.Bonding strength of the emulsion-base adhesive could attain 0.56 MPa and the resistance is 3.8×10~3 Ω.Both values exceed the national standard.
