摘 要:采用切向超滤技术从微藻培养液浓缩得到胶体,分析其多糖的醛糖组成.结果表明,小球藻与球等鞭金藻胶体的多糖由鼠李糖、L 岩藻糖、D 阿拉伯糖、D(+)木糖、D 甘露糖、葡萄糖和D 半乳糖等7种醛糖组成.D 阿拉伯糖和D 半乳糖占绝对优势,鼠李糖丰度很低.小球藻胶体的L 岩藻糖和葡萄糖是球等鞭金藻胶体的2~3倍,而D(+)木糖和D 甘露糖比球等鞭金藻低27%~32%.本文的结果印证了浮游植物是海洋胶体的生物来源之一.Biogenic colloids produced by Chlorella sp. and Isochrysis galbana were isolated by cross-flow ultrafiltration from alga culture for aldose analysis. The results showed that it consisted of rhamnose, L-fucose, D-arabinose, D(+)xylose, D-mannose, glucose and D-galactose. D-arabinose and D-galactose were overwhelmingly dominant, and rhamnose was on the contrary. The abundance of L-fucose and glucose in Chlorella sp. colloids was as 2~3 times high as that in Isochrysis galbana colloids. However, D(+)xylose and D-mannose was lower by 27%~32%. The results proved phytoplankton was one of the biogenic sources of marine colloids, and biology grazing and microbial mineralization could affect the aldoses composition of colloids.
