摘  要:从反应器的工艺开发角度探讨了热等离子体裂解煤制乙炔下行反应器的研发进程,分析了热等离子体裂解煤制乙炔的快速连串反应特点,对比了下行及上行两种不同类型反应器对能耗及乙炔收率的影响,评述了下行床传递性能的显著优点,进而从超短接触反应、高乙炔收率与流体动力学角度出发指出了热等离子体下行床的集成工艺是裂解煤制乙炔工艺的合理选择。最后提出了制约该工艺实际连续生产的严重结焦难点与解决的方法。The development history and prospect for the process of acetylene production from coal cracking with quick-series reaction characteristics in thermal plasma downers, especially at the point of reactor process development, is reviewed and analyzed. An attempt has been made to compare the effect of downer and riser, two different types of reactors, on power consumption and acetylene yield in this process. Also, the distinct advantages of transfer properties in downer are clearly pointed out, and it is shown that the integrated technology of thermal plasma downer is a reasonable and perfect selection for the acetylene production from coal cracking at the angle of quick-contact reaction, high acetylene yield and a closer approach to plug flow hydrokinetics. At last, a problem of coking seriously, restricting the continuous operation in thermal plasma downer for the process of acetylene production from coal cracking, is given out and then some appropriate suggestions to resolve the coking problem in downers is presented.
