摘　　要：简述有效数字的 3要素物理测量值、准确度及规范表达。认为科技论文的编者应依照这Three essential factors of significant digits, value of physical measure,degree of accuracy and standard expression, are briefly clarified. The editors must judge and deal with the data in the academic papers based on these three factors.
