摘  要:目的探讨应用微型外固定支架治疗掌、指骨骨折的方法。方法本组69例98处骨折,均采用手法或切开复位,微型单侧多功能外固定支架固定。指骨钻孔使用克氏针钻孔。结果本组骨折全部愈合,随访3~12月,骨折无移位,无断钉,外固定稳固,关节稳定,活动范围佳,无感染。其中1例病理性骨折大块骨移植用支架固定,疗效满意。结论固定器具小,重量轻,操作简单,稳定性好,适用范围广,使用无螺纹的克氏针钻孔对软组织损伤轻微,避免了用螺纹钻头钻孔时对肌腱、神经等的缠绕损伤,对指远端血运干扰小,针孔无感染,利于支架下护理及早期功能训练,术后关节功能佳。objective To observe the clinical results of the micro-external-fixator for treatment metacarpus and phalanges fracture.Methods Close or open reduction was adopted in 69 cases of 98 fractures of the metacarpus and phalanges, which were fixated with unilateral multifunctional micro-external-fixator.Results All cases achieved healing and the micro-external-fixator were removed 4~6 weeks after operation. Redisplacement, breaking of pin, loosing of micro-external-fixator and infection were not found during 3~12 months following-up. The function of adjacent joint recovered satisfactorily.Conclusion The treatment of metacarpus and phalanges fracture with small light micro-external-fixator is a simple,firm and reliable method, which causes fewer injuries, less damage to the vascular supply of the distal ends and less restriction on the movement of adjacent joints, which is beneficial for early functional training.
