90例慢性胃炎湿热证的临床病理指标观察

摘　　要：通过对 90例慢性胃炎湿热证患者的胃液、幽门螺杆菌、胃镜下胃黏膜及腺体变化状况的观察 ,发现湿热证型者胃液中GSH -PX、PGE2 指标较脾虚肝郁型、肝胃不和型偏高 ,以及Hp阳性率高、炎症以渗出水肿为主。为慢性胃炎中医证型辨证提供微观实质的依据。The gastric juice, Hp, gastroscopic mocusa and gland were observed in 90 cases of chronic gastritis of dampness heat syndrome. It was found that these cases were characterized by higher GSH PX and PGE 2 in gastric juice and positive Hp, significant exudates and swelling, suggesting that these investigations can provide objective evidence for Chinese medical syndrome differentiation.
