摘　　要：将 48例月经病患者分为月经稀发组和功血组 ,给予口服滋肾清热方连续治疗 3个月 (经期停服 ) ,同时测定治疗前后患者的血浆ET和E2 的浓度。结果 :两组患者的血浆ET和E2 浓度不相关 (P >0 0 5) ,经X2 检验 ,滋肾清热方在血浆ET浓度不同的两组患者中疗效相近 (P >0 0 5) ,提示滋肾清热方对月经病的疗效不受治疗前ET水平的影响。To observe the correlation between ET and E2 and the effects of “ Zishen Qingre Decoction” on them, 48 cases were randomized into two groups and then treated with the Decoction for 3 months. The concentrations of ET and E2 were measured before and after treatment. Results: ET and E2 did not relate to each other (P>0.05); the Decoction did not act on ET.
