摘 要:以水合三氯化钌和正硅酸乙酯为原料,以钛片为基底,采用热分解氧化法制备了二氧化硅/氧化钌复合膜电极,利用扫描电子显微镜观察电极表面形貌,利用循环伏安曲线法研究电极的电容性能·考察了原料配比,烧结温度,烧结时间等制备条件对电极电容性能的影响·结果发现,二氧化硅/氧化钌复合膜电极具有优良的电容性能,当水合三氯化钌与正硅酸乙酯的物质的量的比为5∶2,烧结温度为350℃,烧结时间为1h时单电极的比容量最高可达137mF·cm-2,比文献值提高了近3个数量级·The composite material silica-ruthenium dioxide was prepared through thermolytic oxidation for the film electrodes of supercapacitor, taking RuCl_3·xH_2O mixed with TEOS as raw material and Ti slide as substrate. The surface morphology of film electrode was observed by SEM, and the capacitive property of that was studied through cyclic voltammetry to analyze how the mixing ratio of TEOS to RuCl_3·xH_2O and the sintering temperature/time affect the capacitive property. The results show that the film electrode made from the composite material has excellent capacitive property, e.g., the specific capacitance can be up to 137mF/cm^2 if the mixing ratio is 5∶2 with sintering temperature/time at 350℃ and for 1h, which means near three orders of magnitude are available to increase greatly the specific capacitance in comparison with the results as shown in reference.
