摘　　要：根据电采暖与地方热电厂供热分析、一次性投资和供热费用比较,以及地方热电厂对城市经济、环境的影响和经济效益测算,认为电采暖比地方热电厂一次性投资偏大,但供热费用低,对城市环境没有污染。It is concluded from the heat supply analysis for electric heating and heat supply by local thermal power plant,the comparison of a lump sum investments and heat supply costs,and the forecasts for the effect of local thermal power plant on the urban economy and environment and estimated financial effectiveness that electric heating has a higher lump sum investment than local thermal power plant,but it has a lower heat supply cost,and causes no contamination to the urban environment.
