摘　　要：本文回顾近20年货币政策变化的国际趋势,介绍货币政策在目标和中介目标选择、决策规则和绩效评价等方面趋势,以及当前货币政策流行趋势中的通货膨胀目标法的实施现状、基础条件和绩效,讨论我国货币政策在新形势下存在的问题和面临的可能选择。The paper reviews international trends in monetary policy changes in recent 20 years and studies the changes about monetary instruments, target, objectives and decision making rules, especially the currently inflation targeting regime and it' s basic foundations, status and performance. Along this line, it also addresses the forth - coming problems, options and reform demands in implementing monetary policy in China under new stage of economic development and reform.
