摘　　要：劳动力产权是一组权利束 ,资本主义国家的雇佣劳动制度造成了劳动力产权的残缺 ,资本家的剥削收入来自对雇佣工人劳动力所有权收入的侵蚀。我国实行社会主义市场经济 ,传统的按劳分配面临许多现实性障碍 ,所以应进行按劳分配实现形式的创新 ,采用双层分配机制 ,把按劳动力价值分配和按劳动力所有权分配结合起来 ,确保劳动力产权在分配上的完整实现。The labor property rights are consisted of an array of rights.The system of employment in the countries of capitalism brought about the imperfection of the labor property rights,and the income of capitalist was taken from the exploitation to the employee.The traditional distribution according to work is faced with a lot of realistic obstacles in our country where the market economy system of socialism has been adopted and should be innovated.The double-deck mechanism of distribution should be implemented,which can harmonize the distribution according to the labor ownership with the distribution according to the labor value.Thus the labor property rights can be realized perfectly in distribution.
