摘　　要：目的:以反相离子对色谱法(IPC)测定头孢三嗪的含量。方法:色谱柱为 Waters 600泵C85μm(3.9mm×150mm),流动相为乙腈—复合缓冲液(28:72);反离子为四丁基溴化铵;检测波长为270nm。结果:在浓度34.1～79.6μm/ml的范围内,浓度与峰面积呈良好的线性关系。本法回收率为99.4%。结论:此方法简便、快速、准确、可作为测定头孢三嗪的含量的方法。Objective:To establish a method for quantitative determination of ceftriaxone by a reverse-phase ion-pair HPLC.Method:The column (3.9mm×50mm) was packed with Nova- pakc8(5μm).The mobile phase was acetonitrile-buffer solution(Dissolve 3.4g of tetrabutylam- monium bromide in 500ml water,add 74mI of PH7.0 phosphate buffer solution and 6.7ml of PH5.0 citrate buffer solution ,and add water to make 1000ml)(28:72).the counter ion was tetr- butylammonium bromde.The detector wave length was 270nm.Result:The quantitative analysis was performed using external standard.Espectively was 99.4% Conclusion:The method is simple and accurate,also as a method of determining ceftriaxone content.
