摘　　要：作者对海口湾东部表层沉积物的粒径用EOF方法进行了分析 ,得出了海口湾东部浅滩区的泥沙来源与控制泥沙运动的主要动力因素 ,为对海口湾东部浅滩区的科学整治提供了依据。The authors analyze the surface sediment diameter characteristics in the east of Haikou Bay using EOF method,and draw some conclusion on the sediment sources and main hydrodynamics factors which control the sediment transport in the east of Haikou Bay. The results provide a basis for the regulation of the east shallow area in Haikou Bay.
