低渗处理对肿瘤患者红细胞天然免疫功能影响的初步研究

摘  要:目的 探讨肿瘤患者红细胞经洗涤和低渗处理前后天然免疫功能的变化情况。方法 采用红细胞天然免疫粘附试验测定肿瘤患者未经处理、经洗涤并等渗处理和经洗涤并低渗处理3组红细胞天然免疫粘附能力。结果 30例胃肠道肿瘤患者检测比较,经洗涤并低渗处理组红细胞天然免疫粘附能力[粘附率(39.20±18.14)%]显著高于未经处理组[粘附率(27.27±13.09)%,P<0.01]和经洗涤并等渗处理纽[粘附率(28.40±15.46)%,P<0.05]。结论 洗涤并低渗膨胀导致红细胞膜发生改变,天然免疫粘附功能增强,对红细胞药物载体的制备和红细胞天然免疫粘附的机理研究有一定指导意义。Objective To study innate immune reaction of erythrocytes from cancer patients to cancer cells after washing and hypotonic treatment. Methods We used erythrocytes undergoing un-treatment, washing and isotonic treatment, washing and hypotonic treatment, from 30 cases of tumor patients, and measured their innate immune adherence to cancer cells through the rate of rosette formation. Results In the present study, we observed that the rate of rosette formation of erythrocytes from the group of washing and hypotonic swelling was significantly higher than those from un-treatment group and the group of washing and isotonic treatment (the rate of rosette formation was (39.20±18.14)%, (27.27±13.09)% and (28.40±15.46)%, respectively). Conclusion Washing and hypotonic swelling treatment gave rise to membrane variation of erythrocytes and enhanced innate immune adherence of erythrocytes to cancer cells, which may provide experiment evidence for preparation of erythrocyte - drug carrier and to explore the mechanism of innate immune adherence of erythrocytes.
