摘  要:利用材料的应力与应变的映射关系设计了适合密封垫层材料应力弛豫性能测试的实验装置。硅橡胶中加入白碳黑不仅可以使硅橡胶增强 ,且具有良好的应力弛豫性能 ,实验表明 :初期应力弛豫性能有较快下降的趋势 ,然后趋于一个较稳定的值 ,反映出硅橡胶的应力随时间的变化与滞弹性体应力弛豫的普遍规律一致。According to the reflection relationship between the strain and stress,an experiment set was designed for measuring rubber’s stress relaxation process. The combination of the filler with rubber had effect on the rubber’s stress relaxation properties. Silicone dioxides could improve rubber’s physical property and enhance relaxation property. The test showed that the stress ralaxation property tended to fall rapidly in the early stage,then went to a relatively steady value. It reflects that the phenomenon that the stress of silicone rubber varies with time is concordant with the common law of stress relaxation of anelasticity body.
