高速重载轴承用二硫化钼润滑油剂的研制

摘　　要：介绍了一种新型二硫化钼润滑油剂的研制过程。从选定润滑剂形式 ,到确定润滑剂调制思路 ,进行了有益的探索 ,并将这种润滑剂用于液压振动器高速重载轴承部位进行了实验。通过对润滑剂的调制及实验 ,证明这种产品的润滑性能优异。The compounding process of a new type of MoS_2 lubricating oil was introduced. From choosing the lubricant ways to confirming the idea of compounding lubricants,many beneficial explorations were done.Furthermore,the engineering experiment was carried out with the lubricant used in the high-speed and over-loading bearings of hydraulic vibrator.The result showed the lubricant had excellent lubricating performance.
