摘　　要：油气润滑作为钢铁行业轴承的一种优先润滑方式已在世界范围内获得了广泛应用。油气润滑在H型钢厂万能轧机轧辊轴承上的成功应用带来了巨大的经济效益。这也是国内万能轧机首次采用油气润滑技术 ,本文重点阐述了该油气润滑系统的原理、结构及应用特点。Nowadays oil-air lubrication is being adopted widely throughout the world as the preferred lubrication method for bearings in steelworks. Successful application of oil-air lubrication with the roll bearings in H-beam mill of Maanshan Iron & Steel Co.Ltd brought a great of benefit. It was the first time the domestic universal rolling mill was equipped with oil-air lubrication system.In the paper,oil-air lubrication principle, structure and application features were introduced.
