摘 要:采用单扫描极谱法研究了金属锰与诺氟沙星形成络合物的条件及反应机理。在pH 9.2 0NH3 NH4Cl缓冲体系中 ,诺氟沙星与锰络合并在 - 1.85V(vs.SCE)处产生一个灵敏的还原波 ,其峰高与NFX浓度在 8.0× 10 -6~ 1.9× 10 -5mol/L范围内呈现良好的线性关系 ,r =0 .995 4 ;检出限为 4 .0× 10 -6mol/L ;测得锰与诺氟沙星的配位比为 1∶2 ,表观稳定常数为 6 .37× 10 12 。The polarographic and voltammetric behavior of Mn(Ⅱ)-norfloxacin (NFX) complex was studied . In NH 3-NH 4Cl buffer solution (pH 9.20). A sensitive absorptive complex wave of Mn(Ⅱ)-NFX complex was obtained by single-sweep polarography .The peak potential (E p) is about -1.85 V(vs.SCE). The change of peak height with the concentration of NFX is linear in the range from 8.0×10 -6 to 1.9×10 -5 mol/L. r=0 9954. The composition of the complex was detected as Mn(Ⅱ) ∶[KG-3/5]NFX=1∶[KG-3/5]2. The stability constant was determined as K=6.37×10 12.
