摘 要:用溶胶—凝胶法以硝酸铕、钛酸四丁酯及多孔微球硅胶合成了负载型Eu/Ti/Si催化剂。并用该催化剂在自制的三相流态化反应器内对苯及苯化合物进行了光催化降解反应的研究,并对各种情况下的反应条件进行了探索。结果表明:与Ti/Si二元催化剂相比三元催化剂Eu/Ti/Si具有更好的催化活性。当光照时间为80min,催化剂的质量浓度为6g/L,气流量为40ml/min,苯及苯化合物的浓度控制在10mg/L,光照距离为2~5cm,苯及化合物的降解率可达98%以上,比Ti/Si催化剂的降解率高10%~20%。In this work, a loading type of Eu/Ti/Si catalyst was synthesized with Eu(NO_3)_3, Ti(OC_4H_9)_4 and porous silica by sol-gel method. Benzene and its compounds were degraded with this catalyst in a three-phase fluidized bed photo-catalytic reactor and the reaction conditions for photo-catalytic degradation were investigated.The results indicated that comparing the binary catalyst Ti and Si and the triple compound catalyst of Eu/Ti/Si,the latter was more efficient.As the UV light radiation time was 80min.,the dosage of the catalyst was 6g/L,the gas flow was 40ml/min. and the UV radiation distance was 2~5cm,the photo-catalysis removing efficiency for benzene and its compounds would reach over 98%,and that was 10~20% higher than that as Ti/Si catalyst was used.
