摘 要:选用纳米Al2O3作为填料,用硬脂酸做亲油处理,与羟基丙烯酸树脂或聚酯复合,制备了纳米透明耐磨涂料。红外光谱分析表明硬脂酸与纳米Al2O3表面的羟基进行了成功反应。用分光光度计、磨耗仪及摆杆硬度计测定了涂料的透明性和耐磨性,添加15%的纳米Al2O3,涂膜的耐磨性能提高了100%,相对于底材有机玻璃的耐磨性能提高了2.75倍,可见光平均透过率大于80%。A transparent and anti-abrasion compound paint has been developed with nano-scale Al2O3 as filler that is treated with stearic acid and compounded with hydroxyl acrylate resin or PE resin. Analysis by IR spectrum has shown that the stearic acid is successfully reacted with hydroxyl on the surface of the nano-scale alumina. The transparency and anti-abrasion of the paint are tested by spectrophotometer, abrasion tester and pendulum (hardness) tester. As a result, the anti-abrasion of the film is increased by 100% (2.75 times of the anti-abrasion of PMMA substrate) and the average transparency to visible light is over 80% when adding 15% of nano-scale Al2O3.
