摘  要:用农垦58s为材料,在盆栽自然长日不育条件下,从第一次枝梗分化末期开始喷施外源生长物质,结果表明:IAA、QT作用明显,使植株达到部分可育;ABA的作用甚微; GA_3对育性没有影响,但在GA_3+ABA共同作用下,却能达到部分可育。测定引起育性转变各处理的吲哚乙酸氧化酶和过氧化物酶活性表明,在上述外源物质的作用下这两种酶活性均有降低的趋势,这说明农垦58s长日不育可能与IAA含量有关。In the paper was studied the effect of exogenouse plant growth regulators on transformation of fertility in Hubei Photoperiod Sensitive Genie Male--sterile Rice, Nongken 58s (Oryza sativa L.subsp. japonica kato) in male--sterile condition in the natural long day in mud--jars. The results showed that the mallie--sterile plants may obviously become partially fertile by spraying regulators such as auxin(IAA 80ppm). quercetin (QT 150ppm)and gibbetellic acid(GA_3 150ppm) plus abscisic acid (ABA 50ppm ) at photoperiod sensitive stage of plant development in the condition of the long--days The regulator, ABA is very poor in action GA_3 does not act on the transformation of fertility in the male--sterile plants in long--day, but when it used in combination with ABA the male sterile plants may become partially fertile .Determinaion enzymatic cutivites also shows these regulators help to reduce activties of indoleacetic acid oxidase and peroxidase in the treating treating plants.This indicates that the sterility of Nongked 58s under long day couditioh may be related with IAA content.
