我国体育管理学的内容结构体系与发展趋势探讨

摘　　要：运用文献资料法、数理统计法和专家访谈等方法,对不同时期体育管理学的内容体系加以比较分析,在此基础上探讨了我国体育管理学内容体系的发展趋势。新的体育管理学内容体系将打破管理理论与体育理论两大板块的僵硬分割,二者更趋融合;宏观管理理论将不断弱化,涉及具体领域管理实践的微观理论将更受重视;体育和管理理论的发展不断拓展体育管理学的研究领域并丰富体育管理理论。By means of literature data,mathematical statistics,specialists' interview and so on,the authors compared and anslysed the content system of sport management science in different periods.Based on it,the authors approached the development tendency of the sport management science and hoped to provide the reference for its forming the more perfecting the content structure in China.The purpose was to meet the needs of the sport undertakings rapidly developing and changing.
