摘  要:测定14名绝经后骨折女性的ALP、BMD、E2,主要结果如下:(1)运动可提高绝经后骨折女性血(Alkalinephosphatase,ALP)的水平;(2)适宜强度运动可以减缓绝经骨折女性雌二醇(Estrodiol,E2)下降的趋势,建议中老年妇女坚持适宜的运动,可以延缓衰老;(3)适宜强度运动可以减缓绝经后骨折女性(Bonemineraldensity,BMD)下降,建议中老年妇女坚持适宜的运动,可以防止骨质疏松症及骨折的发生率。Fourteen postmenopausal women were tested for Bone Mineral Density(BMD),Blood Calcium(Bca),Urine Calcium(Uca),Blood phosphorus(BP),Urine phosphorus(UP),Alkaline phosphorus(ALP)and Estrodiol(E 2 ).The results showed:1.exercise could raise the ALP level of postmenopausal women with cataclsis;2.exercise with appropriate intensity might cause E 2 rise among postmenopausal women;3.exercise with appropriate intensity might lead to BMD rise among Postmenopausal women.Thus,the suggestion were provided as follows:for the purpose of decreasing the rate of decrepitude and post-menopausal Osteoporosis and cataclasis,women of middle-aged or aged should keep on proper exercise regularly.
