摘 要:压缩天然气 (CNG)储气瓶 ,是天然气汽车十分重要的部件。压缩天然气气瓶一般为钢制圆筒压力容器 ,但由于气瓶质量大 ,且易发生爆炸性事故而造成严重的后果。因此 ,复合式气瓶成为汽车用天然气瓶的一个重要发展方向。金属内胆外加复合材料缠绕的复合式压缩天然气瓶具有刚度大、气密性好、重量轻、成型工艺简单及生产成本低廉等优点。在力学分析的基础上 ,得出了复合式压缩天然气瓶的玻璃纤 环氧复合材料维缠绕层数 ,并结合浇注体力学性能、弹性粘贴层厚度及缠绕工艺的对比 。The CNG storing container is an important component for the vehicles using CNG as fuel. The CNG containers are usually pressure vessels of steel cylinder. Since the gas container has big mass and is easy to produce explosion hazard, the composite gas container has become an important developing target for vehicle using container. The composite CNG container with metal inner tube winded by composite materials has the characteristics of big rigidity, air sealed ability, light weightiness, simple manufacture, and low cost. Based on the mechanical analysis, the layers of the glass/epoxy composite are obtained. Integrating the mechanics property of epoxy casting, the thickness of the elastic sticking layer and the winding process, the composite gas container is developed which can meet the requirement of actual use.
