摘　　要：又到“三八”国际妇女节了。中国妇女以其勤劳、勇敢和智慧坚守在每一个行业中。在建筑业这个特殊的行业中也有这样的杰出者,她们把自己的青春融入到祖国建设的一线,默默承受着常人难以理解的艰苦与寂寞,邵尧霞就是其中的一员。她在青藏铁路唐古拉山的事迹令人钦佩,是什么支撑着她奋斗在海拔5072米的唐古拉工地?什么又是她最大的快乐?为此我刊专访了邵尧霞副总工程师。并以此祝所有工作在建筑行业的女性同胞节日快乐!The International Working Women’s Day comes again. Withindustriousness, valiance and wisdom, Chinese women dedicate their youthto serve country’s construction, and Shao Yaoxia is one of them. She isa common technical worker in 17th Bureaus of China Railway ConstructionCorporation. She was promoted to the Deputy General Engineer because ofher outstanding contribution in Tanggulashan Qingzang Railway’sconstruction. As a member of Qingzang Railway Deeds Report Group, shealso gave a speech at the Great Hall of the People, and was received by Mr.Huangju, member of the Standing Committee of the Political Bureau andVice-Premier of State Council. Ms. Shao Yaoxia was awarded ShanxiProvince May 1st Labor Medal by Shanxi Federation of Trade Unions.Therefore, we had interviewed Ms. Shao Yaoxia.
