摘　　要：文章介绍了VoIP应用的QoS管理机制,探讨了有效的服务质量管理系统的实现途径,讨论了VoIP流描述、流量整形、延迟计算、接纳控制以及资源管理等核心问题。并结合我们的研究,依据实际的原型系统QNet探讨QoS管理系统的实现,指出将来进一步研究的问题。In this paper,we briefly introduce QoS management mechanisms of VoIP application at the beginning,and ex-plain the implementing methods of an effective QoS management system.Then we focus on discussing key problems such as traffic description of VoIP,traffic shaping,delay computing,admission control and resource management.By colligating our researches,we explore the implementation of QoS management system by describing the prototype system QNet.At last,we discuss several issues remained to be studied in our researches.
