摘  要:用高温固相法制得了钙钛矿结构的红色长余辉材料CaTiO3:Pr3+。其发射光谱峰值为612.3nm和614.7nm,激发光谱的峰值为342nm和400nm;在温度110~400K内有4个热释峰,峰值温度基本在153K、242K、279K和327K附近。在不同掺杂下热释光曲线的变化表明,153K和242K的热释峰分别对应于O空位和Ti4+形成的电子陷阱。从不同样品的热释光曲线和余辉曲线变化情况可看到,这两种电子陷阱是影响材料余辉性能的主要因素。Zn2+的掺入改变了陷阱的分布状况,提高了材料的余辉性能。Red long-afterglow phosphors CaTiO3:Pr3+ were synthesized by conventional solid phase reaction method. The emission spectrum was measured with 365 nm excitation at room temperature, there are two main emission peaks at 612.3 nm and 614.7 nm from the f-f transition of Pr3+ ions' 4f electron, which assigned to 1D3&rarr3H4 transition. Thermoluminescence glow curves of different Na+, Zn2+ and Pr3+ concentrations were investigated from 100-400 K with 365 nm UV light excitation at 100 K for 15 minutes. There are four thermoluminescence peaks at 153 K, 242 K, 279 K and 327 K. The thermoluminescence peaks, which correspond to electron trapped formed by oxygen vacancy and Ti4+ respectively, at 153 K and 242 K were studied. They had greatly effect on the characteristic of afterglow. Addition of Zn2+ changes distributions of traps in the crystal, and also the characteristic of afterglow was improved.
