摘　　要：本文介绍了西安重型机械研究所为上海钢铁研究所设计成套的Φ125/Φ450×420mm高精度四辊液压轧机的工艺流程,主要技术参数、装机水平和采用的新技术、新设备。该轧机于2003年7月在上海通过验收,机组在总体水平、产品精度、成品率等方面均达到同类轧机国内先进水平。this paper introduced the process flow, main technical data, new technologies and equipment for Φ125/Φ 450×420mm high accuracy four-high hydraulic mill. Which designed and supplied by Xi'an Heavy Machinery Research Institute for Shanghai Iron & Steel Institute. This mill passed the acceptance in July 2003 in Shanghai and reached the domestic advanced level in overall equipment level, product accuracy and the ratio of finished product.
