摘 要:为了弄清轴类零件双楔轧制过程中端面移动量变化规律,本文研制了双楔楔横轧位移实时在线测试系统,实时准确测出单楔与双楔轧制过程中轧件端面移动量变化全貌,分析得到端面移动量变化规律,并与有限元模拟所得端面移动量结果进行比较,误差在5%以下,证明上述位移测试系统准确可行。In order to understand the movement of the end of rolled parts fully in cross wedge rolling(CWR),the real-time online monitoring system of the displacement in double-wedge CWR was developed. It can measure the movement of the end of work pieces exactly in the course of single-wedge and double-wedge CWR. The regularity of the displacement was discovered by analysis in detail. The theoretical result is in agreement with the testing result, with the error of less than 10%, which demonstrates the veracity and reliability in the displacement testing of the above system.
