摘  要: 基于热电偶的基本工作原理,通过对自由电子运动规律的深入探讨,得出接触电势和单一导体温差电势的公式,并对其产生的同材料系数关系和同材质之间的关系进行了探讨,推导出热电偶回路的总电势.将待测材质的材料同已知材质的两种材料分别组成两个热电偶,并推导出总热电势.巧妙地利用两热电偶的比值,除去温度的影响,将其同单片计算机内预存参数相比较,确定出汽车配件的金属材质.Based on the basic working theory of thermocople,a formula about touching voltage and temperature-differential voltage in a single conductor has been obtained by deeply studying moving laws of free-electron,and the relation between coefficient of material and birth of touching voltage and temperature-differential voltage in a single conductor has been discussed and proved.Depending on the relation the general voltage in circuit of thermocouple has been derived.The total thermal voltage of two thermocoples formed by the measured material and known one.The affect of temperature has been gotten rid of by smartly using the proportional value of two kinds of thermocoples.The elements of automobile assembles have been identified by comparing the proportional value with parameters previously restored in a microcomputer.
