摘 要:采用凝胶注模工艺,以碳为造孔剂制备了开口气孔率为20%~30%的La0.8Sr0.2MnO3多孔阴极材料。结果表明;随着烧结温度的升高,开口气孔率降低,断裂强度升高。为了保证一定的强度和符合要求的气孔率,合适的烧结条件为1 100℃下保温4 h。在1 100℃烧结的样品开口气孔位于三角晶界,中位孔径约为460 nm;而在1 200℃烧结样品内部存在很多闭孔气孔。多孔材料的电导率随着温度的升高而升高,由ln(σT)-1/T曲线,可得电导活化能Ea为10.18 kJ/mol。A porous La0.8Sr0.2MnO3 cathode material was prepared by gelcasting technology using carbon as pore forming material. Results show that the open porosities are decreased and fracture strength is increased with the increase of the sintering temperatures. In order to obtain a certain strength and proper open porosity, the optimum sintering condition for preparing the porous materials is 1 100 ℃ for 4 h. The pores of samples obtained at 1 100 ℃ are located at triple boundary, and its median size is about 460 nm. There are lots of close pores in the samples prepared at 1 200 ℃. The conductivity of the porous materials prepared is increased with the increase of the sintering temperatures. According to In(σT)- 1/T curves, conductively activated energy E calculated is 10. 18 kJ/mol.
