摘 要:通过理论分析与实验研究,证实了管内流动的润滑脂在所实验的剪切速率范围内均产生壁滑移现象;以含壁滑移影响的流变方程为基础,推导了动能修正系数理论公式;为了工程应用方便,根据理论公式的量纲分析和实验总结,首次建立了含有壁滑移影响的动能修正系数准则方程,该准则方程简单实用,与理论公式较吻合,且适用于实验范围内的不同管径,为研究润滑脂集中润滑系统的管道流动特性提供了一种新的简便方法;它不仅适用干有壁滑移的Herschel-Bulkley流体,也适用于有壁滑移的宾汉流体和幂律流体.With theoretical analyses and experimental investigations, the wall-slip phenomenon of lubricating grease flowing in pipes was proved in the range of experimental shear ratio. On the basis of the rheological equation contained the wall slip, the theoretical formula of kinetic energy correction factor was established. For the convenience of application in engineering, based on dimensional analyses of the theoretical formula and the experimental conclusions, the criterion equation of the kinetic energy correction factor was obtained. This criterion equation is simple for using and coincident with the theoretical formula for the pipes of various diameter used in the experiment. It supply a convenient means for investigating flowing resistance characteristics of pipeline transport in centralized lubrication of lubricating grease. The criterion equation is not only applicable to Herschel-Bulkley fluid with wall-slip, but also suitable for Bingham fluid and power-law fluid with wall-slip.
