摘　　要：热轧电气室空调需要全年供冷。冬季采用冷却塔代替冷水机组直接为空调供冷水的节能措施 ,在宝钢股份自备电厂 (采用闭式冷却塔 )的水系统已经成功运行 2年 ,效益显著。主要介绍了开式冷却塔水系统节能措施改造的技术难点、解决方法、试验效果以及进一步完善方案。Air conditioners in hot rolling electricity room need cooling water all year round.It is an energy-saving method to supply cooling water directly by the cooling column instead of the traditional chiller.The new system (using cooling column) has successfully run for 2 years in Baosteel self-provided power plant,and has achieved obvious economic effect.Technical difficulties,solutions and test results in energy-saving technical transformation of the open cooling column system are mainly introduced with the project further perfected.
