摘　　要：　介绍超高速数据采集技术发展现状和动态.概述当前领先的几种超高速数据采集板卡;给出了目前主要超高速ADC芯片,对超高速ADC芯片静动态性能指标进行了描述.The current extra high speed data acquisition technology developments are summarized. Several leading extra high speed data acquisition boards in market are given. Main products of extra high speed flash ADC chips are presented. The static and dynamic characteristics of an extra high speed ADC chip are described.
