摘　　要：经过十几年的发展 ,中国风险投资业虽初具规模 ,但仍远远落后于西方发达国家 ,在发展过程中暴露出诸多的问题。针对当前我国风险投资发展过程中存在的主要问题 ,我们的应对思路可以从五个方面考虑。After over ten-year's development,the risk-investment business of China has built its preliminary scale but is far behind the western developed countries and many problems are exposed during the development.According to the main problems existing in the developing course of risk-investment in China,we should take relevant countermeasures from five aspects.
