摘  要:目的 探讨肺结节性病变CT三维血管成像的技术和方法。方法  2 3例肺结节性病变患者 ,增强后 3 5s时间段螺旋扫描并行三维血管重建 ,观察结节处血管情况及与定性的关系。结果  2 3例三维血管重建图像中 ,质量良好 19例 ,其中 14例恶性结节中 ,13例可见结节处异常血管 ,良性结节 5例 ,结节处血管未见异常。结论 ①层厚 3~ 5mm ,螺距 1.2~ 1.5可获得良好的三维血管重建图像 ,且层数不会过多 ;②位于肺野外带的结节成像更加清晰 ,扫描时可适当增加层厚 ;③肺结节CT三维血管成像对病灶的定性诊断有帮助。Objective To evaluate the technique and method of vascular three-dimensional reconstruction of pulmonary nodules.Methods The vessels of 23 pulmonary nodules enhanced CT scanned at a delay 35 second were underwent three-dimensional reconstruction. The characteristic of vessels and its relation to the nature of pulmonary nodules were analyzed.Results Nineteen of 23 images vascular three-dimensional reconstruction had good quality. Abnormal vessels had been found in 13 nodules of 14 malignancies and none in 5 benignancies. Conclusion ①Best images of vascular three-dimensional reconstruction of pulmonary nodules can be obtained when scanned with 3-5mm thickness,1.2-1.5 pitch. Under this condition,scanning slices are not too many; ②The images of pulmonary nodules which locate in the lateral field of lung are more clear and the scanning thickness can be increased properly;③Three-dimensional reconstruction of vessels is very helpful in the diagnosis of pulmonary nodules.
