女性尿道损伤的腔内超声检测

摘　　要：目的　讨论女性尿道损伤后的声像图表现 ,探讨腔内超声探测技术在检测该病时的应用价值。方法　应用腔内超声技术探测 18例尿道损伤的女性患者。结果　 18例女性尿道损伤的超声表现 :①膀胱颈阴道瘘和尿道阴道瘘 ;②尿道狭窄或闭锁 ;③阴道狭窄或闭锁 ;④尿道周围瘢痕形成 ;⑤尿道缺损 ;⑥上尿路损害和尿潴留。结论　腔内超声操作简单 ,无创伤性 ,是检测女性尿道损伤的一种非常好的检查方法。Objective To discuss the value and appearance of endosonography in detecting female urethral injury.Methods Eighteen female patients with urethra injury were examined by endosonography.Results The endosonographic appearances of female urethral injury were: ① vesiconeck-vaginal fistula and urethral-vaginal fistula; ② urethral stricture or urethral atresia; ③vaginal stricture or vaginal atresia; ④ scar formation around urethra; ⑤urethral defect; ⑥upper urinary tract injury and uroschesis.Conclusion Being non-invasive and easy to perform,endosonography is a very useful technique in detecting female urethral injury.
