摘　　要：目的　探讨湿润烧伤膏对慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜术后黏膜转归作用的临床研究。方法　通过应用MEBO纱条代替凡士林纱条进行鼻腔填塞以及应用MEBO进行术后换药 ,观察填塞反应、血痂清除情况和黏膜上皮化情况。结果　MEBO纱条进行鼻腔填塞可以缓解患者局部和全身反应 ,应用MEBO进行换药可加快术腔血痂的清除及黏膜的上皮化。结论　应用MEBO在鼻内镜手术后填塞及换药优于传统的方式。Objective:To investigate the role of local application of MEBO after endoscopic sinus surgery.Methods: We used MEBO gauze strip instead of cosmolin gauze strip to nasal cavity packing and dressing change,and then investigated the response to nasal cavity packing and the time of blood crust cleaned and epithelization of nasal mucosa.Results: Pain was relieved after packing when using MEBO gauze strip and auxo-action of MEBO in cleaning of crust and epithelization was found.Conclusions:MEBO is better in packing and dressing change after endoscopic sinus surgery.
