儿童银屑病与HLA-I类抗原相关性的研究

摘　　要：目的 :　探索儿童银屑病与HLA -I类抗原的相关性。方法 :　采用国际标准微量淋巴细胞毒法对 5 2例银屑病患儿 (<12岁 )和 10 7例健康儿童进行了HLA -A、B抗原测定。结果 :　发现HLA -A1、B13抗原频率明显升高 ,HLA -A9、A19、B15频率明显降低。结论 :　儿童银屑病发病与HLA -A1、B13抗原密切相关 ,HLA -B13抗原携带者发病较早。Objective: To determine the relationship between psoriasis in children and HLA class I antigen.Methods: Standard microlymphocytotoxicity assay was used to detect the HLA-A、B antigens in 52 children with psoriasis (all are younger than 12 years) and 107 normal children. Results: The frequency of HLA-A1 and HLA-B13 was significantly higher, while the frequency of HLA-A9、A19、B15 was significantly less in psoriatic cases than in controls. Conclusion: Psoriasis in children is associated with HLA-A1, B13. The onset of the disease starts earlier in the patients with HLA-B13 marker.
