摘　　要：目的 :减少乳腺癌的漏、误诊 ,提高乳腺癌针吸细胞学诊断的准确性。方法 :对 36例漏、误诊乳腺针吸细胞学涂片进行病理组织学和细胞学对照分析。结果 :假阴性率 5 6 % ,穿刺技术因素占 2 8% ,细胞学诊断因素占 6 0 %。结论Objective To increase the reliability and decrease the rate of mis and leak diagnosis for breast lump by fine needle aspiration cytology.Methods The reasons of 36 smear slides derived from breast fine needle aspiration which resulted in mis and leak diagnosis were investigated.Results The overall false negative rate was 5 6%.The technology and diagnostic factors were portion of 28% and 60% respectively.Conclusion The improvement of the cytologists' diagnostic technique and the operational technique of fine needle acupuncture is important.
