乳液有机硅防粘层的应用研究

摘　　要：本文借助含氢硅油与改性聚乙烯醇的反应,研制了一种新的乳液型防粘层。由于硅油和聚乙烯醇不相容,所以借助扫描电镜发现,硅油总是覆盖在防粘层最表面。当硅油含量占总量的5%时,SEM 表明,硅油不足以覆盖防粘层的整个表面,所以剥离强度很高;当硅油含量为10%时,它基本上能覆盖全部表面,剥离强度适中,可以作为防粘层,且成本最低。A new kind of emuision silicone release coating can be prepared by reaction of silicone oil containing hydro- gen with improved polyvinyl alcohol:Because silicone oil is imcompatible with polyvinyl alcohol,it was found that silicone oil always covered the most surface of re- lease coating by means of SEM.When silicone oil con- tent is 5 %,SEM shows that it can not cover the whole surface of release coating,so peel strength is very high. When silicone oil contains 10%,it can almost cover the whoie surface,peel strength is suitable for release coat- ing,and cost prise is the lowest.
