摘　　要：目的　观察胃炎合剂对应激性胃粘膜损伤的保护作用。方法　以大鼠为实验对象 ,用水浸应激的方法建立大鼠胃溃疡模型 ,以生理盐水为对照 ,用溃疡指数和溃疡抑制百分率进行评价。结果　与生理盐水组比较 ,胃炎合剂可明显降低大鼠溃疡指数 ,并且在本实验所用剂量范围内溃疡抑制率与剂量有关。Objective To study the effects of gastritis mixture on the stress injury of gastric mucosa.Methods Set up stress ulcer model in rats.Physiological saline was used control,and the test was performed with three doses of gastritis mixture.The ulcer index was measured and the inhibitory rates were counted.Results Gastritis mixture can reduce the ulcer index of stress ulcer significantly(P<0.01) compared to th e physiclogical saline group.The inhibitory rates were correlated with the doses in the extent of the doses of the test.Conclusion Gastritis mixture has protective effects on the stress injury of gastric mucosa in rats.
