摘　　要：目的 介绍第一掌背动脉逆行岛状筋膜瓣修复示指掌侧皮肤缺损的方法。方法 用第一掌背动脉逆行筋膜瓣移位及皮片移植修复示指掌侧皮肤缺损5例。皮肤缺损面积为1.5 cm×4.0 cm～3.0 cm×7.0 cm。结果 5例筋膜瓣加植皮均存活,效果满意。结论 采用第一掌背动脉逆行岛状筋膜瓣移位加皮片移植是一种治疗示指掌侧皮肤缺损简单而有效的手术方法。Objective To introduce the method of repair of volar skin defect of index finger by reversed first dorsal metacarpal artery facial island flap. Methods Five cases of volar skin defect of index finger were repaired by reversed first dorsal metacarpal artery facial island flap transfer and split thickness skin graft. The skin defects ranged from 1.5 cm × 4.0cm - 3.0cm × 7.0cm. Results All the flaps survived with good function. Conclusion The reversed first dorsal metacarpal artery facial island flap transfer and split thickness skin graft is a simple and effective alternative option for repair of the volar skin defect of index finger.
