摘 要:本文用放免法测定151例神经疾患病人和21例正常人CSF中β_2-微球蛋白含量。病变组包括急性脑血管病、颅内感染性疾病、脊髓疾病、症状性癫病和其他疾病。正常组均值为1.21μg/ml。病变组均值普遍增高,除急性脊髓炎之外与正常组对比均有显著性差异,但以出血性脑血管病、细菌或真菌性脑膜炎和脊髓压迫症者升高尤为显著。资料表明CSF中β_2-微球蛋白不适于做为特异性诊断指标,但对于同一组疾病中的各个病种之间的鉴别有一定的意义。The level of CSF β2-microglobulin(β2-m) was determinated in 151 patients with nervous system disease including acute cerebrovascular diseases, intracranial infection, spinal cord diseases, symptomatic epilepsy and others. The mean level of CSF β2-m in control was 1. 21μg/ml. Except the patients with acute myelitis, β2-m level of CSF in the patients with other diseases is significantly higher than that of the control,especially in the patients with hemorrhagic cerebrovascular diseases , meningitis of bacteria or mycotic organnism and compressive myelopathy. The result showed that the elevation of CSF β2-m level is not a specific diagnotic indicator,yet it is of some value in the differential diagnosis between hemorrhagic and ischemic cerebrovascular disease, bacteria and aseptic intracranial infection,compressive and noncompressive myelopathy.
