摘　　要：双酚A的主要生产方法有硫酸法、氯化氢法、离子交换树脂法。 2 0 0 2年世界双酚A生产能力约 30 0万t/a ,需求量为 2 90万t,主要用于生产聚碳酸酯和环氧树脂 ,二者所占比例分别为 6 5 %和 30 %。国内的双酚A生产厂家主要有中国蓝星 (北京 )公司无锡树脂厂和天津双孚集团公司 ,总生产能力为 5 1万t/a ,80 %用于生产环氧树脂。国内对双酚A的需求量比较大 ,但大部分依靠进口 ,随着未来聚碳酸酯行业的快速发展 ,高质量的双酚A产品国内市场看好。The main processes for production of bisphenol A include sulfuric acid process, hydrogen chloride process and ion-exchange resin process. The global production capacity of bisphenol A was 3 million tons per year, and the consumption was 2.9 million tons in 2002, mainly used for producing polycarbonate and epoxy resins. Consumption for polycarbonate resins accounted for 65% of global total, followed by epoxy resins at 30%. The main domestic producers of bisphenol A are Wuxi Resin Factory of Lanxing New Material Company and Tianjin Shuangfu (Group) Co., Ltd., with total capacity of 51000 t/a, in which 80% of them are used to produce epoxy resins. At home the bisphenol A is in great demand and most of the products are depending on import. With the rapid developing of polycarbonate industry in future a fine quality of bisphinol A product would be a well market prospect.
