摘　　要：介绍了引进美国Merichem公司的专利——纤维膜脱硫技术,用于改造联合重油催化裂化装置汽油脱臭单元装置改造后经8个月运转结果表明,产品质量稳定,单位加工费用降低,具有技术上的先进性和较好的经济效益,每年可减少生产成本80万元左右。但该专利技术对各种介质的纯净度要求很高,每种介质都设置了精密的过滤设施,这些过滤设施日常维护有一定难度。Fiber- film desulfurization process which is a licenced technology of America Merichem, and the key equipment of which is fiber - film contactor (Fiber - film? was introduced in China Wuhan Petrochemical Corporation for the gasoline deodorizing unit of the heavy-oil catalytic cracking plant in Dec. , 2002. Eight -month performance showsd that this advanced technology is characterized by easy operating, stable product quality and low unit processing costs with high economic benefits. However, it sets extremely high requirements for the purity of material streams. Thus, the precise filtering devices are equipped for all streams and routine maintenance is likely more difficult.
