温通针法对急性期脑出血大鼠脑组织病理形态的影响

摘　　要：目的　观察温通针法对急性期脑出血大鼠脑组织病理形态的影响。方法　将 50只Wistar大鼠随机分为正常组、假手术组、模型组、捻转针刺组和温通针法组 ,并行相应处理。各组大鼠均于脑出血后第 3天相应时间处死 ,石蜡切片 ,光镜下观察脑组织病理形态的改变。结果　捻转针刺组脑实质大量出血 ,部分血凝块出现纤维素 ,脑组织高度水肿 ,较模型组有明显改善 ;温通针法组红细胞大量溶解 ,血凝块机化 ,大量纤维母细胞分布和炎性细胞浸润 ,血肿明显吸收 ,脑组织轻度水肿。结论　温通针法能有效清除急性脑出血后血肿 。Objective It is to observe the effect of warming- promotion method of a cupuncture on pathologic picture changes in brain tissue of rats with acute intr acerebral hemorrhage (ICH).Methods Fifty wistar rats were randomly divided into normal grou p, sham-operatio n group, model group, twirling method of acupuncture group and warming-promotio n method of acupuncture group. All the rats were given the corresponding disposal . All rats were killed at the corresponding moment on the third day after ICH. T he pathologic picture changes in brain tissue of rats were observed under the mi croscope after the pathologic section had been made.Results In twirling method of acupuncture group, there were a qu antity of hemorr hages in cerebral parenchyma, celluloses were found in parts of the blood irregu lar nodule and edema with the highest degree was found in cerebral tissue, and t hose were obvious better than that in model group. In warming-promotion method o f acupuncture group, a quantity of erythrocyte dissolved, the blood irregular no dule organized, a quantity of fiber blast cells were distributed and inflammatio n cells infiltrated into the tissue, hematoma were obviously absorbed and edema with the lowest degree was found in cerebral tissue.Conclusion Warming-promotion method of acupuncture can effectiv ely clear hematom a in acute intracerebral hemorrhage and is propitious to edema after hemorrhage abreacting.
